Ductile Iron frame with lid.

-Made of DUCTILE IRON according to ASTM A536 Grade 80-55-06.

-The “Auto-Lock” system fixes the cover to the frame to keep it closed to vehicular passage. No special keys are required for opening, a simple bar is enough.

-The frame is offered with a Buna N gasket that absorbs impacts and eliminates noise when passing vehicles. The gasket is attached to the gutter of the frame.

-The entrance area to the frame is 47 cm. which facilitates the entry and exit of personnel to the valve box.

-To avoid work risks, the lid has a double security opening of 120º and the security padlock that activates when the cover is at 90 °. The hinges have two high-strength steel bolts.
